Acceptable Condition.  The binding is dry and coming apart along with the front and back covers.  The written part of the book is in better shape.  Discoloration of the pages due to age and some stains.  The Newsprint,included with the book is fairly brittle and discolored due to age. See the pictures

Included are the page markers cut from The Dallas Morning News a 1911 edition.  We included them as the were probably used as book marks but also may have relevance to the book itself or to the purchaser.  .
