HILTI DX 451 Powder Actuated Tool Nail Gun Nailer Piston Drive PARTS NOT WORKING

Condition PARTS NOT WORKING. The adjustment is frozen will not move. Inside hole to load is rusty. I am thinking. Tool will need repair to function.
