Length is appx 18.5 inches from the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem

I measured the waist by opening the skirt up and going from one side to the other instead of just measuring the front side from seam to seam. I found the waist to be 32 inches by doing it this way. With the cinch closure the waistband can be adjusted.

This pretty skirt is in very good preowned condition. I didn't see any stains, tears in the fabric or snags. Thank you for looking at it!
