Estate find.  The rack is included.  Not sure if this was the original rack for these coasters, but they do fit in it.  The 19 coasters are in good pre-owned condition with some scrapes/wear consistent with use.  Some of the patterns have slight variations.  The vinyl coating on the rack is worn in a few spots.
