Book seems to be in nice condition. Binding is all intact and decent tightness for age. Edge only slightly loose. No cocking. Pages and edges seem fairly clean. Map is in excellent shape as are color and bw plates. Front plate tissue has a tear. Is obvious wear to binding edges shown in photos.
