Vintage Mechanical Pencil advertising Farmers CO-OP Eldorado Oklahoma. The pencil is by WINGS USA and has a chrome top and a twisting Perpetual Calendar. The mechanical pencil is continuous twist with an eraser under the pen top, please see photos. My father in law put some lead in it so the pencil will work, he did say it might not be the right lead, it may need a different lead size, but it works and writes.
