Slinky and elegant ebonized bronze statue of a young Mother playing with her Child, made in an abstract Mid-Century Modern Giacometti style.

This Modernist sculpture is cast in bronze with a black ebonized finish mounted to a heavy bronze base. The woman and child are depicted with long spindly limbs, simple graceful curves, and featureless faces. The simple abstract forms emphasize the motion of the child swinging from her mother's arms. There are no visible maker's marks.

It stands a 11" tall by 6" wide by 6" deep, and weighs 3.14 lbs.
