Mono pressing. Vinyl plays with some crackles and a few light-clicks (play-graded). Cover looks great, a few creases near edges and light scuffing (front/back); back has overall discoloration with darker discoloration spots. Name written on back near top center. Inner-sleeve is original generic white. Spine is mostly readable with mild wear. Little shelf-wear along top-edge, slightly more wear along bottom edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Red "2-eye" label. (Not a cut-out.)
Merry Christmas is the first Christmas album by American pop singer Johnny Mathis, with Percy Faith and his orchestra. The selections are a mix of traditional Christmas carols (Silent Night, O Holy Night, The First Noel) and holiday hits (The Christmas Song, White Christmas, Silver Bells). In 2013 it ranked as one of the top selling Christmas albums of all time with five million copies sold. The original album was initially released in the monaural format but became available in stereo in 1959.
