Adorable elephant family mom, dad and 2 babies 1 smaller than the other. I believe they are some type of glass or acrylic.

The bigger of the 2 babies is missing half of his tail but it is not not very noticeable, I have added pictures for the best description.

I do not see a maker on them or date. Other than the tail on the one baby the rest are in perfect condition.
