This carousel is completely hand made and no two are ever alike. It is made by an American artist and is signed. The three horses revolve, and go up and down to the song “Carousel Waltz”. There are flags and pictures and brass poles with balls at the top. The horses are so detailed. No pieces missing. Wonderful gift for a collector. Made in the 1940’s.
