Child size small  Down Syndrome shirt runs big so please check measurements.

It fit my son when he was about an 8, or maybe 7/8. 

It has no flaws and if there is  wash wear, it is minimal. There is one crease in the animal's leg of the screen print. 

It is about 17" from underarm to underarm and about 21.5" from shoulder to hem.

100% preshrunk cotton
