In good condition. Boards show typical wear with light scuffing, creasing along hinges. Clasps work. Spine is creased with light scuffing and dryness to extremes. Interior is toned, foxed as to be expected. Binding remains tight and intact. Please see photos.

Provenance reads: This Dutch Testament belonged to Trintie Rycker also written Catherine Ryker. She married first John Lawrence and scond John Rider. Her son Hercules Ryder married Margaret Smith. Their daughter Sarah Ryder married William Ryley and they were the parents of my father John Ryley. The Testament now belongs to Mabel Ryley Polhemus 1914.
Female ownership of bibles was rare at this time. The name Catherine with initial R is written in pencil inside the front cover.
