Description

This is a fine silver gelatin portrait of two individuals identified as Tama Indians from the Tama Reservation in Marshalltown, Iowa in the year 1926.  Both persons are in full regalia and to be perfectly honest they appear to be Caucasians parading as “Tama Indians”.  But there outfits are truly spectacular and spot on with authenticity of the Tama Indians. It is an interesting photograph worthy of further research and a great addition to any Iowa collection.
