Vintage Woolrich Utility Vest Small/Medium Full Zip Insulated Beige Inside Pocket

Fabric content and size label has faded so I can't be sure on the size but it is a small or medium. READ MEASUREMENTS BELOW:  

Armpit to armpit is about 26"

Top center back neck to bottom is about 25"

There are two outside zip pockets and one inside velcro pocket.  All zippers are working well.  

The last pics show the areas of light spotting/staining. 

My home is non smoking and no pets.
