Thomas Lynch Jr. Franklin Mint Sterling Silver Coin / Medal / Token, Signer of Declaration of Independence from South Carolina, US Seller.
Written on the edge - "Official Medal of the Bicentennial Council of the Thirteen Original States". Other marks in boxes (that I can't decipher) are along the edge too.
In 1972 - 1966 the Franklin Mint issued 56 coins representing the men
that signed the Declaration of Independence.

- Gem Brilliant, uncirculated in perfect condition, sealed in never
opened plastic. No tarnish. Some scuffing and a section of the plastic case is broken - 1 owner.
