Neon Yellow/Green Bermuda Shorts Size 5 Walking 80s Chicos Flat Front Stretch

Shorts are 98% cotton and 2% spandex. I got these for an 80s party but didn't end up wearing them.  There is that very faint stain shown in the closeup photo, not sure if it will come out or not.

Waist is about 32”

Inseam is about 12”.

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
