Caramel & Nougat Cutter is a specialized confectionary tool for portioning cooked caramel and candies into bite-size pieces.
Quickly divides a slap of caramel into 40 square, uniform pieces 1" x 1" x 3/4" height.
 
Pour cooked caramel into the holding tray and allow to firm. Then firmly press cutter into mixture and remove.  Can be used with other confections, such as nougat, fudge and gelees, etc.

Caramel & Nougat Mold is a specialized confectionary tool for consistent uniform thickness and easy handling of candies.
Rectangular two-piece stainless steel mold, comprised of a bottom base and removable outer ring.
Ring inside diameter is 5" x 8" x 1", allowing you to slice this slab into exacting 1" x 1" x 1" squares, yielding 40 pieces.
 
Pour cooked nougat into the mold, smooth to an even thickness, allow to cool and firm. 
Remove outer ring, cut into portion sizes.
Can be used with other confections, such as marshmallows, fudge and gelees.
