If you have ordered our skins or decals before the Installation on the Neo is a little more challenging than past models due to the texture of the drone. It is strongly encouraged that you watch our installation tutorial here:

Application

Our self-adhesive vinyl decals are made from high quality vinyl. They are very easy to apply. With every order we send application instructions, please follow them carefully to ensure proper installation. If you have previously installed our battery decals on another aircraft the Neo is a little more challenging due to the heavily textured surface of the drone. It is highly encouraged that you watch the installation video below (the video is for the Air 3 version but installation is similar).

Shipping

We ship USPS first class to the US. We combine shipping and handling. First item ships for $1 USA each additional item is only $.50 per item (See listing details, sometimes shipping will be on sale for free!). We know you are anxious to receive your item and we do our best to make it and ship quickly! Please allow us 3 business days to ship your item as every item is made to order. If you would like your order rushed, we can ship same day/next day for an additional charge of $5 per order. Please contact us if you would like this service.
International shipping is only $4 per decal and each additional decal will be $2.

Returns

I am sorry there are  no returns accepted for this item. Due to the nature of vinyl graphics we cannot be held responsible for improperly installed graphics. Please follow the included instructions. Refunds will only be given for like new, uninstalled decals only, buyer pays return shipping.
