The book is from 1974
The cover has wear on all corners and a big crease on the cover by Stan Lee's hand on the typewriter.
The cover is also pulled from the binding near the bottom (pictured) But that is the only page that is loose
Looking at the pages from the side, there is staining (pictured) It doesn't affect the inside pages other than a little bit starting on page 46 and goes until about page 80. Again the stain is on the outer side so the pages are clean.
Again the inside looks nice with no rips, tears or folds in the corners.
