Near fine in very good dust jacket. First printing: same date on the title and copyright page with no attional printings (this early S&S noted 2nd and addtional printings on the copyright page). Tight, clean, flat, square, sharp anc drisp book with bright colors on the boards. Mint blue spine. Bottom tips a bit spread, but still sharp. DJ, now under mylar, has rubbed tips and three chips (see pictures). 


42 pages, with color as well as black and white illustrations. A wonderful survivor from a World at War. At this writing, there is one better copy available. without chips to the DJ.
