LinzeesList is an online consignment and resale shop established by Lindsay Luoma in 2010. This is a home-based shop with no physical storefront and is solely owned and operated.

We primarily sell pre-owned and used items that come from a wide variety of sources. Because of this, the full history or functionality of an item is not always known. Please expect to see some signs of wear/use with the item that you receive AND please view the listing information and photos carefully! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase.

Due to lighting and monitor variances, item colors may vary from what you see in the pictures.

Items come from a smoke-free home unless stated otherwise.

Items are currently housed in a location that has cats on the premises. Items are kept in a separate location and cleaned as much as possible before shipping.

When clothing measurements are provided, the items are measured when laid flat. All measurements are considered approximate.

Unfortunately, mistakes do happen from time to time! If you have any issues with your transaction, PLEASE contact us directly. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do the best we can to resolve any issues that may arise.

Shipping is typically initiated within 24 hours of payment on weekdays, except for holidays, unless you are contacted to specify otherwise. Weekend shipping is sometimes offered, but not guaranteed.

To offer the best prices available, the shipping costs on most items are calculated at a ground shipping rate with multiple carrier options to select from at checkout. Select items may be offered at a discounted flat rate to accommodate buyers from further regions. Please contact us directly for expedited shipping options. (Please note that the shipping cost that is quoted in the listing may differ from what you see at checkout!) For individual details, please refer to item descriptions.

When a buyer purchases multiple items, it will be assumed that combined shipping is requested unless you contact us with alternate plans. As a buyer, you have three options to proceed with combined shipping:

• Pay the full shipping cost at the time of purchase and you will be refunded for any shipping cost overages once items have been combined.
• Request an invoice with corrected shipping cost on the purchased items prior to payment.
• Contact us prior to bidding/purchasing for a shipping quote.

Shipping outside of the U.S. can be made available on most items at an extra charge. Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping options.

Local pickup can be arranged at a buyer’s request. LinzeesList does not have a physical storefront for item pick-up.

To minimize costs and waste, I almost always recycle packaging. Due to this, you may receive a package that appears worn or damaged. If there are concerns about the packaging of your item, please contact us.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made within 3 days of the sale in order to avoid an unpaid item case. Once a case has been opened, you will be offered an additional 4 days for payment before the transaction is canceled. All payments must be made within a total of 7 days, unless otherwise discussed with the seller.

If you have problems with timely payment, or other outstanding circumstances that prevent you from completing your purchase, please contact us promptly.

RETURN POLICY

In most cases, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the sale. If there is a miscommunication or error in the listing, damage during shipping, or other unknown flaws with the item, you may be eligible for a full refund. If an item is returned for reasons other than "not as described" or damaged, refunds will be provided for the price of the item only and will not include the original shipping cost. Please refer to the listing details to confirm return information.

Return shipping costs may vary based 's site policies. Most items will offer free return shipping.

In most cases, returns can be initiated via your purchase history. However, if you need to discuss your return options, please contact us directly.

Refunds will be issued promptly once the item is received and it has been verified that it is in its original condition.
