Features a trio of flying seagulls handcut from lovely shades of fine blue papers using the art design technique called Scherenschnitte.

Hand signed by the artist and dated 1987.

Frame measures approx. 10.5" x 8.5".  Artwork measures approx. 5" x 3".

Framed and double matted under glass in a rustic, solid wood frame with metal hanger.
