Vintage Japanese Silver and Gold Wood Ashtray w Village and Mountain Scenes. This is a beautiful post war Japanese silver, brass, gold and wood ashtray. In good condition only missing a cigarette well. Presented is a wonderful Japanese mixed metal and pure silver ashtray. I believe this piece dates to the late Meiji period, and it certainly dates to before WWII.
