James Toogood received his formal training at thePennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia where he now teaches watercolor painting. James also teaches watercolor in Moorestown, and Bedminster, New Jersey. His paintings have been widely exhibited and collected and have gained numerous awards.
James is a signature member of many art
organizations including the American Watercolor Society. In addition, his work is represented in public and private collections all over the world.
