This listing is for a signed and inscribed photo of Lt. General Ira C. Eaker. The inscription reads "J. Fred Webb, Jr. with every good wish. Ira Eaker". The interesting thing about this is that J. Fred Webb Jr. was the brother of James Webb the former NASA administrator who the Webb Space Telescope is named after. This photo was purchased from the estate of J.F. Webb in Oxford, North Carolina which is in Granville County just down the road from Tally Ho where the brothers were born. There are a few wrinkles on the upper left and lower right of the photo.
