Vintage Christmas Holiday Greeting Card from then Governor of New York, Nelson Rockefeller.  Pre-printed card is from Nelson & Happy Rockefeller expressing holiday wishes on the inside with the Governor's Seal embossed at the top in gold color.  This card measures approx 7" x 5" & is made out of a heavy greeting card stock.  The front of the card has a picture of the seal of the city of Albany, NY & is trimmed with holly leaves.  The back of the card has printed along the bottom in the center with "After the Statue of the Seal of the City of Albany by Thomas Fuller (1822 - 1898).  Mr. Fuller was an architect as well as a sculptor and worked on the State Capitol building.  He was commissioned to do the Seal for the Albany County Court House building after its conversion from the Albany Bank in the early 1890s.  The figures represent a native Indian and an early settler."  Card is in good condition free of all tears & bends. Corners do have some scuffing.  The gold colored seal seems to have bled a bit on the inside top flap as you can see a shadow of it.  Please see photos.  Card only, envelope is NOT included.
