＊Sedum dendroideum (tree stonecrop) --- It is a small succulent shrub that has a line of subepidermal glands all along margins. These glands are clearly visible and can turn in red when stressed by direct sun light. It blooms small vivid yellow, star-shaped flowers in late winter and early spring.

＊Like other succulents, sedums need very little attention to care. They will do just as well in less hospitable areas. They needs bright sunlight to develop and maintain their best colors.

＊Sedum are drought tolerant and thrive in well drained soil mix. It is best to give the plant a good slow drink and allow the soil to dry out again before the next watering.
