Description

This is a sweet and retro vintage tea dress from St. Gillian by Kay Unger.
I believe it dates to the 70's judging by the labels. (The St. Gillian group operated from 1972 - 1995)
It has a charming retro look - like the late 50's / early 60's. Would also be perfect for a CottageCore look.
Cotton voile (semi sheer, will require a slip. I can picture it with a pink - or even blue - vintage full slip.)
Lovely shade - a mauve-ish lavender.
Band collar edged with lace.
Bodice has pleats down front, and embroidered tulle lace.
Pretty little lavender pearl buttons.
Short sleeves.
Elastic Waist.
Full skirt.
Has original ribbon sash - a mauve ribbon and a blue ribbon knotted together (could be used seperately.)
Unlined. Will require underpinnings, as mentioned.
CAMEO BROOCH NOT INCLUDED.
Very nice condition - no flaws to speak of. Elastic still springy. Clean, neatly pressed.
From a smoke-free home.
