I do not know if any other parts are missing except the obvious items listed. This is being sold as parts not working.

One fender has scratches through one set of stickers. See Pictures.

The golart itself is not cracked or damaged. The plastic is in good condition. There are minor scuff marks on the plastic from general use that would be expected. No deep gouging.
