The mermaid tail and top are made from spandex fabric. Mermaid Tail has a stiff plastic insert in the fluke to keep it stiff. Put Barbie's feet in between the two plastics and it will keep the tail stiff and life like. Tail and top fits the Curvey Barbie and other dolls of similar size.
