Vintage 1968 Mother of Pearl Ceramic Candy Dish and Footed Compote Lusterware 

Gorgeous the shapes and the painting and colors. However, both pieces have some type of flaw from age and just getting bumped through the years. The tall compote has a chip on the rim and the flatter candy dish has a chip on the rim. I displayed them by turning them so the chip on each one was mostly hidden. People commented on these all the time. I moved and just do not have space for all my collectibles. Gorgeous. Dated Nov 1968 on the bottom . Handpainted 

Candy bowl - 8" diameter - Footed Compote - 4.5'' tall and 5.25" diameter 

* both pieces have a chip on the rim -- shown in the last 2 photos. - despite the chip on each one they are gorgeous.
