This is a Star Wars Episode I Pod Racer Pack III MicroMachines (66533) made by Galoob in 1998.  It is Mint on a hanging card and hasn't been removed or played with.  It measures 8 1/2" X 7 1/2" X 2" and weighs 2 ounces.

The pictures are of the actual items being auctioned.  They have been stored in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
