The item is new, however there is some damage to the packaging.  Please see pics. 

This PEZ dispenser features Eeyore, a beloved character from Disney's Winnie the Pooh collection. It was manufactured in Hungary and is part of the current PEZ line of cartoon character collectibles. The dispenser is in excellent working order and comes with a full load of Eeyore's signature lollipops. It would make a great addition to any Disney or PEZ collector's collection.
