This item is in good preowned condition with normal signs of wear.  I CAN'T FIND THIS EXACT FIGURE BUT GOING OFF OF OTHER SIMILAR ONES, I BELIEVE IT IS MISSING A DOG.  A metal souvenir statue of Saigo Takamori.. Takamori is known as The Last Samurai and the statue is in Ueno Park in Tokyo. This statue stands about 9 1/2"" tall and the base is 6 1/2" by 3 3/4".  It weighs just under 3 pounds.
