Luther J. (Lute) Kittleson [sic], 76, who spent his entire lifetime on the home farm in the Norwegian Settlement area of Albany, died at 8:30 pm Tuesday, Feb. 15, in his home of a heart attack.

He was born May 22,, 1895, a son of Evan and Julia Gothompson Kittleson and graduated from Albany High School. He was married March 25, 1948, in the Orfordville Lutheran Church to Mary Thurman of Albany.

He was a lifelong farmer and a veteran of World War I; a member of McDermott-Steindorf American Legion Post, Albany, and the World War I Barracks of Monroe and the Monroe VRW. Surviving are his widow, Mary; two brothers, Ernest, on the home place, and Truman, Monroe.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Clara Gordon, May 1965, and Verna, in 1908 and two brothers, Geroge 1955, and Oscar, as a youth.
