To make this process as cost-effective as possible, we offer a prepaid return shipping label. Using this method is cheaper than returning the hat and purchasing another hat.

• This prepaid label applies to returns of a hat (such as a Derby) that was shipped to you in a box. 
• Please note that this service is only available for shipments within the USA and does not apply to international returns.
• The cost of the service includes a prepaid shipping label for returning the item to us, and we will ship the exchanged item back to you at no additional charge.

Once you have completed the checkout process and paid for the label, within 24 hours, we will also email you the prepaid return label and instructions to the email address provided during checkout.
