Small indentations, discolouration, cracks or scratches are not unusual for these natural items. Wood is a living material, has grown naturally and needs to be reworked accordingly. All items are handmade, so there are small errors in the item, uneven surfaces, etc. normal deviations.

The article picture is always only an example, since it is unfortunately not possible for us to photograph each article individually in studio quality. Are you looking for a special item? How much an article deviates from the article picture can be seen under the product dimensions on a scale from "no" deviation to "strong" deviation.
Each piece is unique
Wood is alive and you can see it. Each item has its own color spectrum, hard or soft color changes, knotholes, cracks, notches or the like. These small differences make each item unique and create a natural, original atmosphere. Deviations from the specified dimensions are possible. These deviations do not constitute a reason for complaint. The shape of the individual items (especially the Root Wood ) can vary greatly, please consider this when ordering.
Please note that wood is a living material. Especially in the cold season, we recommend that you let the piece of furniture acclimate for a few days in a slightly warm room (e.g. bedroom) before setting it up at your destination. This will prevent cracks in the wood. Even particularly dry air (e.g. in rooms heated by a fireplace) can lead to cracks in the wood. The optimal room humidity for solid wood is between 60 and 70%. Cracks that appear in winter usually close almost completely again in spring and summer.

For shipping outside of the EU we will use DHL international parcel service to minimize your waiting time. Please understand that DHL can sometimes take a little bit longer than expected. If your parcel did not reach you in time, please let us know and we will take care of it.

We always ship large and particularly heavy items on pallets using DB Schenker.
Of course, you can arrange a desired delivery date with the forwarding agent.

We offer worldwide shipping (also to German islands).
