Condition:  Not Perfect but these are all very functional and super cool and modern - different from other dollhouse furniture. They are in well loved condition. The doors on the fridge and the washer/dryer need some attention. There are chips on some of the paint. The art board and tables need to be reassembled. There are use marks in general - normal for kids toys. 

SHIPPING: I package your items with great care. I add more material to your shipment to help it get there safely. I also do my best to ship on the same day as your order.
