First I must say that this ring is gorgeous! It is a large natural blue star sapphire surrounded by a halo of moissanite gemstones. The large 10mm x 8mm oval star sapphire is a full 4.72 carat sapphire. There is a halo of 72 fiery round and baguette-shaped moissanite stones in various sizes encircling the star sapphire, giving the ring a weight of 5.80 ctw. The ring is a full 19mm x 18mm across the top - not too small or large! It is stamped 925 and signed and is plated with platinum for added strength, durability, and tarnish prevention. This mesmerizing ring is the embodiment of sheer elegance and radiates an unparalleled aura of luxury.
