Tez masala wadiyan:- The popular Punjabi delicacy, Vadiyan is made from soaked lentil and spices.This is a veggie delight added to any veg or rice dish for that authentic Punjabi flavour. The preparation includes grinding the soaked lentil to slightly coarse texture along with jeera, hing and salt which is then sun dried.

Medium masala wadiyan:- sourced the most authentic Wadiyan from the heart of Punjab, Amritsar. These legendary wadiyans are prepared by Punjabi women from a self help group using the finest quality ingredients and an age old recipe to ensure the genuine flavour and texture. Urad dal is soaked and ground to a slight coarse paste along with other spices such as Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Chillies & Asafoetida, which is then sun dried and packed carefully. 

Normal masala wadiyan:- Simply break one or two vadis into smaller pieces, saute it and cook it for 4-5 minutes along with aloo or any other vegetable curry, your soft delicious Punjabi wadiyan are ready! Tastes best when served hot. This is a medium masala variant, which is not very spicy. Our wadiyan is 100% authentic, handmade and hygienic, which is easy to cook and store. Alu wadiyan:- Amritsari Aloo Wadi or Punjabi Aloo Wadiyan is a wonderful curry made with boiled potatoes and deep-fried Amritsari Wadi, which is a sun-dried fritter made with black gram or udad dal. This waidyan retained their crunch despite being pressure cooked along with all other ingredients.
