Condition: This is pre-owned, and has light wear but no rips, tears, does have a few small stains. Has been washed.
Colors: The body of the skirt is Turquoise. It has black ribbons around a strip of white, black & blue patchwork, see pics.
Other: this appears to be a women's skirt, and has an elastic waist
