Charriol is a global prestige brand of luxury timepieces, fine jewellery and accessories including fragrance, sunglasses and leather goods based in Geneva, Switzerland. Charriol designs and crafts a broad range of products, designed to nurture the whole brand and facilitate access to the Maison by a wide customer base. Charriol is and remains a family-run business. Bringing fresh ideas and artistic inspirations to the executive team, comprising founder Philippe’s daughter and son, are determined to lead the luxury brand to greater success.

1983

Philippe Charriol left his position as executive director of a prestigious watch and jewellery company to found his own company in 1983. Ambitious, self-confident, provocative by nature and a connoisseur of fine arts and motor racing, this Marseille-born entrepreneur was well acquainted with the luxury world and consumer expectations.

He was also aware of the remarkable knowledge of prestige brands among younger generations, particularly in Asia, and of their immense respect for fine objects crafted with traditional skills.  Armed with this information, Philippe was able to anticipate the extraordinary upsurge witnessed in these markets by all players in the luxury sector, a segment in which Charriol was now firmly established.

Inspired by his deep interest in history, architecture and the arts, Philippe created the Philippe Charriol Foundation in Asia, a registered charitable organisation dedicated to promoting contemporary art by providing young Asian artists a platform for their work.



AUTHENTICITY:                       

  • ALL of the products I sell are authentic. I stand 100% behind my products. Unlike many other sellers, I provide detailed photos of all inscriptions and stamps. This is more than enough information to determine the authenticity of the items I sell PRIOR to purchasing. In order to prevent counterfeiters from obtaining legitimate serial numbers, I do not post any pictures of these numbers in my sales. Serial numbers will be available for review only to the winning buyers. If you are not satisfied with what you see, I will cancel the transaction at your request.   
  • Please note that "item doesn't look authentic or doesn't seem authentic" is NOT a valid claim. With all due respect, you are not an expert autheticator. If you wish to challenge my reputation as a credible seller, please be prepared to submit both photographic evidence and a written statement from the manufacturer or authorized dealer deeming the item not authentic. Please note that does not recognize independent autheticators as credible experts on authenticity. Only a written statement from the original manufacturer is considered a valid proof of authenticity or lack thereof.   
 RETURN POLICY:
  • Please review my listings and check if we accept or do not accept returns on the specific item.If the return is accepted, the item must be returned within 14 days after receiving it. The item must be returned in the same new condition and it the original packaging it was in when shipped. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (15% of the purchase price) (Unless there is an error on my behalf).  

SIPPING&HANDLING:

  • Free Priority Mail shipping with in the US. Please choose Express Mail if you want faster delivery.It is $28.00 and guarantees second day delivery. Out of continent please email me before bidding/buying so that I can give you an estimate on your shipping cost. No confirmation numbers with international shipping. I will ship 24 to 48 hours after the purchase. Sometimes sooner than that. USPS delivers your item to you by the specified time. It depends on the service. However, please understand USPS sometimes takes a while to deliver your item to you. Which is out of my control. If there is a delay in shipping, please contact me. I will investigate. As soon as I ship your item through PayPal address, you will receive the tracking number. Please review my item description clearly, including the shipping cost before you purchase the item. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask me. I reply fairly quick. When you purchase the item I assume you are okay with everything.
