This  is a 1969 Johnny Lightening by Topper Toys Model #790. A Classic Custom Toronado with mirrored purple body and black roof and white interior. The doors and hood open. The tires are Good Year lettered and redlined. Overall excellent condition, almost mint, the pictures and videos say it all. One owner (me). Played with occasionally and indoors and always on a hot wheel track. It's been in storage all this time. Item is over fifty years old and rare to find in this condition. Serious inquiry only.
