Application

 

For bonding plastics to each other:

 

Like ABS, PVC, PMMA, PA, PBT, PET, PI, EPDM, filled elastomers and natural rubbers.

The primer also allows bonding of POM, TPE, TPO, PE, PP, PTFE and silicone rubber.

The adhesive is characterized by improved impact resistance, good peel resistance, as well as excellent properties under changes in temperature and humidity. It is therefore extremely suitable for applications where alternating voltage or drop tests are observed.

 

Instructions

 

The elements must be thoroughly cleaned, dry and degreased.

 

Apply a thin, even layer to only one of the surfaces to be bonded.

 

For non-polar, hard-to-bond materials such as POM, TPE, TPO, PE, PP, PTFE and silicone rubber, the best results are achieved using a second adhesive primer. Use the activator to speed up the reaction of the glue. It can generally be used on all types of materials, but we recommend testing beforehand for compatibility on a hidden element.
