Here are some new Rigid Caster and Wheel sets. 6 inch solid rubber wheel on a rigid steel caster. Bolt on via two 9/16 inch bolt holes. Stem is 1-1/2 inch wide by 4 inch tall. I would say these are for scaffolding or other similar application. Wheels are 1-1/2 inch wide.
