Directions

. For external use only. 

 

. In case of fibrositis, neuralgia and similar conditions, aches and pains, rheumatic pains, sprains, bruises, cramps, muscle stiffness, apply the balm generously on the affected part, rub gently and massage with some pressure to allow its deep and penetrating action to bring relief. 

 

. For cough relief in chronic bronchitis and symptomatic relief of the common cold, bronchitis and sinusitis symptoms, dispense some balm into warm water and inhale the balm from the steam. Then apply the balm to the back and chest and rub in gently. 

 

. For headaches, dizziness, apply the balm to temples, chest and back and rub gently. 

 

. For sores, small cuts, itching, insect bites, apply the balm to the affected area or wounds 

 

 

. For toothache, apply the balm to a cotton ball and fill the cavity.
