Excellent Preowned Condition - no chips or cracks on the visual portion of the holder, however on the bottom side one of the ornate faux legs appears to have a small chip.  This does not affect the piece or how it sits as it's one of the faux legs that doesn't actually touch the surface it's sitting on.  This can't be seen unless the piece is picked up and turned over.  I actually found it by feeling with my fingers.
