The interior of the book is in excellent condition. The exterior of the book is in fair condition. The book has evidentially been stored loosely in an awkward position. It is bent but should straighten up over time if stored or shelved correctly. There is also some marking of the edges on the bottom of the book (dust or dirt?). See photos.

Our home is a smoke free environment however as most items are found in estate sales or thrift stores the pieces may have once lived in a smokers environment but were cleaned thoroughly once they reached our home.
