A fabulous estate sale find in this darling 1940's kitchen soap bar and scour pad pastel and floral ceramic dish! The daughter of the owner, well into her 70's told us that this dish has been sitting on her mom's kitchen sink since she was a little girl! What a treasure! Double sided dish is unmarked, but resembles a Shawnee pottery piece. Sweet pastel pink and green font lettering and misc flowers look to be hand painted on cream color base background. Each indent has a hole to drain water and larger hole on side of the dish to drain water from entire piece. Weighted ceramic with 5 pedestal feet on bottom to protect dish and sink top. Perfect for any vintage inspired kitchen or display!

Dish is in excellent condition! The usual light pre-loved surface wear here or there from adding charm to Eleanor's kitchen, but nothing that distracts from this beauty of soap dish history. There is some discoloration on the pad side, but also does not distract. Please see enlarged pics for best description and details.
