While we do not know who IPJ is, we do know based on the Eagle hallmark and the number inset (39), that this unique mid century modern jigger or shot glass made out of sterling silver was made somewhere between 1955-1979.

Jigger is 2 inches tall with an opening of 1.75 inches. It looks to hold two ounces with the mid part being one ounce. Very simple but unique circle handle. We have not seen anything like this and we’re unable to find anything remotely similar

There is a small ding on the bottom side. See last photo.
